Ad-man for the LOndo Tourist Authority?

I identify with the comment about a bustling city filled with a babel of tongues, being the usually the best place to soak in the atmospherics. I was in New York last week, only for about 3 hrs or so (taking my folks around), but I managed to get lost on the subway, find my way back and then travel quite some distance guided by subway-station-maps alone. It instantly felt like bombay, the crowds, the smells, the don't-have-a-nanosecond-to-waste look on most commuter's faces. Nostalgia.

-VAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8510484.post-87827871648256662362007-05-07T11:58:00.000+05:302007-05-07T11:58:00.000+05:30Thanks for the nice compendium.
